Wow! There doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day at the minute! Thankfully the sun is out and positivity is flowing, so i’m pretty sure i am still on track for publishing Mays articles on time.
This month sees a bit of a two-parter, where both articles are diving into the ‘end of day crash’.

I think you will find these quite insightful and easy to digest, as well as being useful for partners/family/friends. Sometimes you can’t find the words or you feel ashamed speaking about it out loud. Hopefully this will help eliminate some of those fears.
I’m also looking at having The End‑of‑Day Crash: What It Is and How to Understand It Together as a downloadable workbook at some point in the near future.
In other news… I’m still tweaking the website and making sure everything is running smoothly. I’ve also been creating short videos for social media which i’ll continue to post on a daily basis. These are brand new accounts and i’ve ran into a few issues with TikTok, but Instagram and YouTube seem to be doing ok so far (touch wood).
I’ve been looking into setting up a mailing list as well which would be a nice addition. Its not something i’ve done before but i’m hoping it will be pretty straight forward.
